God has a Council also, just like big companies on Earth. This was from the discussion we had when he spoke to me about his Council. (That day I felt special because two elderly Spirits from the Council had spoken to me, one was very Formal and the second was more warm..but both were very kind..and I was also honored..as truly this was also all new to me) anyway...this is Father God's definition of the Council's purpose, etc...

They meet regularly and they are the beings who are responsible to letting me know of the conditions of our world, including of your level. They operate in the same manner as your large companies do there. They are my advisors and their responsibilities are to advise me about issues that relate to your world and about my children. They are like Supreme Rulers but they work under me. Their advice is always sound and without any mistakes."
(my question) where do they meet?
"They meet in a building that is specially designed for them and the welcome all Guides and Spirits who would like to meet with them. They listen well to what is relayed to them and they make important decisions on your behalves. Their views are all very different but they are able to operate within the same frame of mind.They are different as individuals but they think alike, because they are Great Spirits and make great decisions for you."
(my question) Who are they personally Father God?
"Their names were given to them during their past lives on Earth. Their names are not important to our conversation, but please know that they were great people in their lives and continue to be great Spirits on this side of our existence also."
(my question) who are the Spirits that can approach the Council?
"The Council is usually approached by your Spirit Guides on your behalf when they need something for you from us. They know the rules and they are aware of our principles. The Council will meet with them and allow Spirit Guides to make their cases as to what they need. When they agree to change something in your life's purpose, than they allow this information to be given to your Spirit and it will override any other information within your Spirit. They are capable of tapping into a level of your Spirit and describe these changes to your form, body and mind and they take effect."
(my comment) they remind me of our court systems here.
"Yes, it is from the same principles where your Court systems were received from."
(my question) can an individual spirit meet with the Council?
"Yes,they can but this is kept to minimal levels because there is so much to do with your Guides and other Great Spirits. This leaves a very small amount of time for Individual Spirit. However, their concerns are relayed to the Council by the Master Teachers who are always with our other Spirits here."
(my question) When a spirit desires to come back to live on Earth, do they have to get permission from the Council or from you Father God?
"When a Spirit is ready and would like to reincarnate, they are given the abilities to this their own selves. But, we do assist them in certain things. They are given our energies and plans to live by."
(my question)What do you mean by plans?
"They live to a chart that they make themselves and they live accordingly to their own plans"
(my question) Do most people live according to their charts they made?
"Yes, they do. However, there are people who change their minds once they are in Human Form on Earth. But, the plans that you made here are sounder for your own personal growth. Therefore, we encourage your Spirits to stay on their chosen plans when are there."
(my question) what happens if they don't?
"This is their decision. They are free to make their own choices, but they may not always achieve what they have come there for."
(my question) why do Spirits come down here?
"You are all produced from my great energy and it is your Spirit's longing desire to be perfect and to be with my greater energy. But, your Spirit needs to become great by evolving in order to be in form with mine. Your Spirit was from here and it would like to return home"
(My comment) Thank you for explaining this to me.
"To conclude our lesson, allow me to say that the Council of Elders is here to serve me but they also serve your needs there. Their tasks are very hard and they do their job with no mistakes. You are to be aware of their presence because when you need your Spirit Guide to come to them, they will know you. (I am not sure, this message may have directly to me and my relationship with my spirit guide, however, those who are in communication with their guides will probably know this also..that you can ask them to petition some things, etc..) They will care for you just as I do. They are here to be of accompany to your Spirit and you must know and appreciate this wisdom and quidance."
