Welcome

All that we behold and perceive by our senses bears undeniable witness to the existence of God--the stone and the cloud, the plants and the trees, the living creatures, the heavens and the earth and the stars, the dry land and the ocean, the fire and the air, substance and accident. Indeed, we ourselves are the chief witnesses to Him. But just as the bat sees only at night and cannot see in the daytime because of the weakness of its sight, which is dazzled by the full light of the sun, so also the human mind is too weak to behold the full glory of the Divine Majesty. --- Al-Ghazzali

FATHER GOD AND I

This blog contains numerous spiritual conversations between God and I. All things are possible, including of direct communication with our Creator, source of our Spirit.I call this communicating with Spirit. Many have many ways of explaining it. Within this blog, I have also placed some writings from different books and/or people that I have found loving/awakening to my spirit. Thank you so much for visiting. Blessings. Sehnaz

A Course In Miracles by Helen Schucman

A book that is cherished by people who are spiritual like myself is a book written and communicated from the Spirit, was given to Mrs. Helen Schucman.  Who was a very spiritual woman and received the information within this book through spiritual contact. In her physical life, she raised a family and was a professor at Columbia University.   I, enjoyed and enjoy reflecting with this book and here now I wanted to share some of the Principles of Miracles with my dear readers.  There are all together 50 of them about Miracles and I will share as many as I can here.  This book " A Course in Miracles" ACIM is available through book stores, I bought mine for about 12 dollars at Barnes and Noble, not realizing I had a personal copy in my private library,  it is now published by The Advent of a Great Awakening, as Helen Schucman sold the rights of this book to them before her passing over.  This book is not difficult to read, however, I think it is more understandable for those people who are seeking and may be more open to spirituality.  I had it on my book shelf for 3 years, without even realizing that I had it, I guess I wasn't ready to read it at that time...and once I stumbled on it, I could not comprehend, how I had it for that long and not read it; and after buying a second one by accident, I realized how special it was and is.  So, when and if you are reading it enjoy.  The entire book was given to Helen by Jesus, and it was in the time span of several years through trans meditation, she received this information and the result was A Course In Miracles. May her Spirit be blessed for her to take and put all her time and energy to leave this behind for all of us.  She was a remarkable lady in this life and now on the other side.

PRINCIPLES OF MIRACLES

1.  There is no order of difficulty in miracles.  One is not "harder" or "bigger" than another.  They are all the same.  All expressions of love are maximal.

2.  Miracles as such do not matter.  The only thing that matters is their Source, which is far beyond evaluation.

3.  Miracles occur naturally as expressions of love.  The real miracle is the love that inspires them.  In this sense everything that comes from love is a miracle.

4.  All miracles mean life, and God is the Giver of life.  His Voice will direct you very specifically.  You will be told all you need to know.

5.  Miracles are habits, and should be involuntary.  They should not be under conscious control.  Consciously selected miracles can be misguided.

6.  Miracles are natural.  When they do not occur something has gone wrong.

7.  Miracles are every one's right, but purification is necessary first.

8.  Miracles are healing because they supply a lack; they are performed by those who temporarily have more for those who temporarily have less.

9.  Miracles are a kind of exchange.  Like all expressions of love, which are always miraculous in the true sense, the exchange reverses the physical laws.  They bring more love both to the giver and the receiver.

10. The use of miracles as spectacles to induce belief is a misunderstanding of their purpose.

11. Prayer is the medium of miracles.  It is a means of communication of the created with the Creator.  Through prayer love is received, and through miracles love is expressed.

12. Miracles are thoughts.  Thoughts can represent the lower or bodily level of experience,  or the higher or spiritual  level of experience.  One makes the physical, and the other creates the spiritual.

13. Miracles are both beginnings and endings, and so they alter the temporal order.  They are always affirmations of rebirth, which seem to go back but really go forward.  They undo the past in the present, and thus release the future.

14. Miracles bear witness to truth.  They are convincing because they arise from conviction.  Without conviction they deteriorate into magic, which is mindless and therefore destructive; or rather, the uncreative us of mind.

15. Each day should be devoted to miracles.  The purpose of time is to enable to to learn how to use time constructively.  It is thus a teaching device and means to an end.  Time will cease when it is no longer useful in facilitating learning.

I will continue the PRINCIPLES OF MIRACLES in the next following blog..
