this is a channeled communication with God within, it is received and written by me, I will put Spirit's responses in Quotes. This conversation is from February 7, 2017. Thank you for visiting and blessings.(I choose to use "Father God" in my communication, it just feels more comfortable for my vocabulary and mind... that is the only reason. I feel God is a loving energy. I also feel spirits use one's own vocabulary and what is contained in mind to best express itself, that may be different for each and every medium who channels)

Father God, I like to ask you how to not get carried away with the negativity on earth, how to find that quiet inner space within me and how to be in that loving space at all times. Can you please speak to me about this today......
"My dear woman, you are asking me a question that has been asked for centuries by your Sages. The difference between the Sages and you is that the Sages have eventually found that inner space where they can gather with the spirit world, where they can reflect on their own being without the interference of the outside world. You are to know that the outside world will always be humming with the sounds of what is going on in the world. You are to focus on what is going on with you. When you have something within you that is relating to the outside world, that whether its negativity or issues, all of those things that you are allowing to surface are within you. You see, you are the cause of issues. You are the cause in that if these issues were not within you, they would not be taking your attention. For this reason you are to be more aware of your own self. The way to be more aware of your own self, is to allow yourself to be more focused on the positive elements of all things. When you work with people everyday, you are looking at all things that are possible.... but when you are alone than your mind is seeking than your mind is seeking further from the outside world. What you can do in order to eliminate further thoughts that are negative , that are holding you back from your supple supply of energy is to be in one with me. To be in one with me means to be in a meditative state of being. To allow your mind to just be."
But, it can be so hard to do this Father God, as we hear things on tv, on radio.....
"You are to block all of those outside noises off, you are to block all of those outside influences off. You are to be in a meditative pose, meaning you are to allow your being to be more focused on the things that are more for the development and wellness of yourself. When you receive my presence, you are in that mind. When you seek my presence, you are within that energy level. for this reason, seek my presence each and every time when you notice each and every time when you notice any negativity that is overwhelming you. What you need to know is that I have always supplied you and all with energy that can be of greatest help to you when you seek my presence."
"What I know and what you know are two of the same things, but the way you use is different than the way I use it. You see I see the good in all things, I see the good even in the bad. I see the good in all beings, I see the good in all situations. For this good is what makes further of that. When you are seeking my being, seek only the good. Seek the good in all things, for there is good in all things. There will be times when this will seem impossible, but you are to know there is no impossibility in my earth as in heaven. All things are possible my dear woman, you are to know this. When you hear a negative news, you are to see how it can be interpreted as good. When you hear negative news, you are to know that all things on earth work in opposites. For there is a night, but there is a day time. For there is good, but there is also bad. You are to allow yourself to seek good in all things. Whenever you hear anything bad, you are to ask yourself "what is the good within this situation", when you hear something that is low energy or negative, ask yourself " what is the higher good in this, what is the positive message within this" And so therefor you will step by step begin to ask yourself to see the good in all things. You are aware of all things that are good, but you are allowing the negative events to circumference and cover what is good, when you do that the world will seem like a grim negative place but its not, you are to let be and allow."
